Often, a clear lack of hot water irritated my stay!!! The absence of basic room amenities like kettles and a confusing cleaning service policy definitely dampened my experience!!!

The breakfasts were superb continental and incredibly nice!

The hotel had a favourable location, in front of a tram station. A palace and a castle were in front of the building.

Staff were very friendly.

i've had a real good stay for business trip. loved the good sized and well-appointed room with a bathroom. the location was comfortable and decent - ease of access to karlsruhe theater. moreover, it was close to the central pedestrian street "kaiserstrasse " and the marktplatz as well as train station.

Consider exploring nearby local dining options for a authentic taste of the region. The selections exceeded my expectations.

The room was tidy, well-maintained, you can use free Wi-Fi here. Pleased it had a bathtub. I was very happy with the amiable staff and their good service.

Clean property, extremely friendly and efficient staff. Very large building, functional and modern rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, central heating and an iron. Exceptionally nice and perfect location not very far from Marketplace Square. Shopping area short walk to a supermarket, cafes, and the city center and the palace. Such a real good stay for business trip.

A good surprise with breakfast

The breakfast spread was good, with diverse options that catered to all tastes. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds elevated the experience.

The street noise from trams can be disruptive during the night, impacting peaceful sleep. The lack of a kettle in the room was a small downside for coffee lovers.

Very pleasant was the fact that we could move into the room before the official time. The bed was very comfortable, the location to the inner courtyard pleasantly quiet.

The breakfast was good, but here the price-performance ratio was not quite right.

Very helpful at reception. Breakfast buffet good. Transport connections, public transport is ideal.

Fitness area in the own house would be much more comfortable. Sockets that are only active when the main light is on are outdated in the age when smartphones have to be charged. And this applies to all sockets in the area of the worktable.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from public transport and a variety of shops. The straightforward design and cleanliness added to a pleasant stay, although some room amenities were lacking.

Very nice and competent reception staff, quiet and clean room, (finally enough hangers!)... and the for us (we came for a dance event) super convenient location.

And the furniture in the room was utterly outdated, quite a sight to behold, really. Honestly expected better treatment, a complimentary gesture, or anything other than mere existence. Too much to ask, i guess!

Here's my point of view

The staff was friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent, catering to various tastes. Plus, the location was ideal, just steps away from the tram stop, perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely consider returning for another enjoyable stay!
